newyorker风格的插画封面，但因为是虚构，可以天马行空地插入更多不合适的主题，wes真的是用心了。

明明可以用纸巾和火柴画一幅惟妙惟肖的麻雀，但却偏要用胡乱的涂抹来展示最爱的女人；

明明是肤浅、躁动着的荷尔蒙的欲望，但却偏要拉上一座城和政治哲学思想来倾覆与对抗；

明明最想说的是对于每个“他者”孤独灵魂的慰藉，但却偏要把篇幅都留给惊险的警匪大战；

明明是电影，但却偏要像本杂志。

明明随性潇洒，但却偏要井然有序。

明明有深沉地爱，但却偏要漫不经心。

而最重要地是，要看起来，像是故意要这么做的。

期待的理由，除了一众好莱坞明星。

更重要的还是导演，韦斯·安德森。

或许你对导演其人并不熟悉。

但你一定欣赏过他电影里的截图，或是用来当壁纸。

比如最具代表性的《布达佩斯大饭店》，豆瓣评分高达8.9。

韦斯·安德森的电影一直被称作「强迫症福音」。

完美对称的构图，清新明亮的色调，成为他的个人风格。

时隔7年，《法兰西特派》延续了这种风格，并且做得更加极致。

整部电影看起来就像一件精美的艺术品。

片名《法兰西特派》，指的是一本在法国小镇出版的人文杂志。

电影讲述的几个故事，便取自杂志当中的文章。

简单来说，韦斯·安德森这回要把电影拍成一本「可视化杂志」。

鱼叔最喜欢第一个故事。

题材看似高冷，实则充满着黑色幽默。

主人公是一位画家(本尼西奥·德尔·托罗 饰)。

他早年因杀人而获刑50年。

蹲号子也不忘搞创作。

连女狱警（蕾雅·赛杜 饰）都为他全裸上阵，做人体模特。

画家的作品，在监狱举办的小型展览中展出。

碰巧，被关押在此的一位艺术品商人(艾德里安·布洛迪 饰)一眼看中。

废了很多口舌，终于把这幅画收入囊中。

刑满释放后，他第一时间请人来欣赏这幅画。

并且不断夸赞这幅画究竟有多好。

他首先会问：「你们能看到画里的女孩吗？」

当对方回答看不到后。

商人便会揭秘：「可这幅画就是对着一个女孩画出来的。」

成功地把看客忽悠住了。

利用这套说辞，把这幅画炒到天价。

商人在狱外充当了画家的经纪人。

砸钱在全世界办展览，轰动一时。

加上画家神秘的身世，更赋予了传奇色彩。

甚至招来了很多模仿者，成为狱中画家的信徒。

唯独还在监狱里的画家，对外部所发生的一切毫不知情。

三年后，他受商人之邀，在狱中继续作画。

而且这次要办一场个人画展。

风声一出，吊足了人们的胃口。

其实，办展是假，敛财是真。

商人真正的目的，是把这些画作全部带出监狱，赚他个盆满钵满。

终于等到了这一天。

众人瞩目之下，大作登场。

而且一出手就是十幅。

所有人都震惊了，商人也为此兴奋。

但他没高兴太久。

因为他很快发现，画家竟然直接画在了监狱的墙壁上。

这要怎么把画带出监狱？

商人瞬间破防。

他在狱外布局营销了这么多年，到头来却被摆了一道。

越想越气，对着画家破口大骂，接着大打出手。

不过，另一位收藏家仍然愿意买下这些画作。

在那之后，这些画以他的名义保存了二十年。

二十年后，监狱动迁。

收藏家直接安排了一架火炮运输机，把整面墙运走了。

这也成了画家最著名的作品——《钢筋水泥承重墙壁画》。

收藏家用这种方式，让先锋派艺术在堪萨斯州中部的平原之上，永远占据了一席之地。

这个故事有着极强的讽刺意味。

画家的被动成名，映射了当今各种造星运动的乱象。

很多明星根本不需要作品。

仅凭造势和宣传，再雇佣一群煽风点火的水军，便可受到万人追捧。

所以总会出现德不配位的情况，翻车事件常有。

到头来，所有人都陷入一场无意义的狂欢

也讽刺了群众的愚昧与盲从。

同时这也是一个很典型的「反成功学」故事。

商人费尽心机想要使画家成名，把他推上神坛。

可画家根本不在乎。

比起成功，他更享受失败。

除了画家的故事，其余两则故事也算有趣。

比如甜茶主演的关于学生运动的故事。

学生领袖(蒂莫西·柴勒梅德 饰)提出「允许男生进入女生宿舍」的要求。

由此开启一场浩荡的学生运动。

罢课，集会，游行，警察用催泪瓦斯驱散学生。

这个故事很明显参考了1968年发生在法国的「五月风暴」。

记者(弗兰西斯·麦克多蒙德 饰)参与报道了这次学生运动。

她在文章中夸张地写下：

「都是孩子们干的，他们毁灭千年的共和国权威只用了不到两周。」

同时帮助学生领袖润色即将发表的宣言。

与此同时，学生领袖还和另一位学生领袖纠缠不清。

围绕着三人，发生了一段关于爱情与政治的混乱的、诗意的、忧郁的故事。

最终运动演变成暴动，史称「棋盘革命」。

这个故事是对革命的一次解构。

讽刺了激进主义和新闻报导中立性。

记者为了追求曝光量，总是很难保持中立的新闻态度。

尤其是当她正面对一场革命时。

而学生的诉求所引发的革命又往往充满儿戏。

尽管他们确实想要改变周遭环境，并自视为一种崇高行为。

可革命毕竟不是请客吃饭，谈情说爱，或是静坐下棋。

而是需要牺牲的。

最后一则故事，来自「美食专栏」。

这个故事没有特别值得深挖的内涵。

它展示的是一种视觉上的奇观，充满了实验主义。

也是全片最怪力乱神的片段。

有访谈和电影两种形式的嵌套；

有彩色和黑白的切换；

有比例随意的分屏镜头；

有真人场景和动画的无缝衔接；

以及摄像机的各种运动方式。

韦斯·安德森彻底放飞自我。

几乎把电影画面所有的可能性都尝试了一遍。

电影的结尾是一则临时加上去的讣告。

去世的人正是《法兰西特派》杂志的创始人兼主编(比尔·默瑞 饰)。

不久前主编还在与各大编辑交流文章的问题。

谁知却因心脏病突发去世。

那天刚好是他的生日，也是印刷日。

《法兰西特派》杂志遵照他的遗嘱也将停刊。

所以这也成了最后一期刊物。

所有编辑回忆起与主编的事迹，一人一句共同完成了讣告的内容。

记得主编对编辑们的写作只有一个要求：

「试着让这句话读起来，像是你故意要这么写的。」

记得主编没有特别的禁忌，唯一不喜欢的是有人在办公室内哭泣。

记得每一期刊物的稿件进度，他都会整齐有序地钉在一面墙上，供编辑们查阅。

在极尽癫狂的100分钟后，电影以一段略显伤感的追忆收尾。

因此，这部电影也被形容为「献给新闻界的一封情书」。

电影中的《法兰西特派》杂志以现实中的《纽约客》为原型。

韦斯·安德森在十几岁时开始阅读《纽约客》。

他在接受采访时也说：「《纽约客》里很多作者的文章影响了我，比如布兰登.基尔(Brendan Gill)，詹姆斯·瑟伯(James Thurber)。」

甜茶主演的那则故事，参考了梅维斯·迦兰(Mavis Gallant)为《纽约客》所作的「五月风暴」相关文章《五月事件：巴黎札记》。

这些作者的名字，都出现在了电影结束后的名单上。

《法兰西特派》同样也是韦斯·安德森对逝去的纸媒黄金时代的一次致敬。

乍看之下，《法兰西特派》似乎挑不出毛病？

它是如此工整，精致，又富有情怀。

可观众似乎并不买账。

豆瓣7.8分，IMDb7.5，票房3850万美元。

在韦斯·安德森的作品中，只能排在中下。

问题就出在「挑不出毛病」。

《法兰西特派》是一部纯正的「韦式电影」。

那种强烈的个人风格，使其失去了比较对象。

于是，只好拿它和韦斯·安德森之前的作品比较。

然后就会发现不足所在。

相比于7年前的《布达佩斯大饭店》，《法兰西特派》在形式上更进一步，在内容上却倒退一大步。

《布达佩斯大饭店》主体是一本小说。

它有一个完整连贯的故事，足以吸引观众。

但《法兰西特派》是一本杂志。

杂志里有不同的专栏，有不同类型，不同文风的文章。

还有诗歌，插画，以及广告。

拍成电影必然是各自独立的片段。

不仅无法吸引观众，反而是在「挑衅」观众。

观看过程丝毫不敢放松。

密集的台词，信息量过载。

稍不留神，就可能看得云里雾里。

然后还没等你缓过神来，电影已经急匆匆地「翻页」。

又是另一个全新的故事，进行下一轮的视听轰炸。

与此同时，画面也在不停地变化。

令人眼花缭乱。

画幅，色彩，分屏都在毫无征兆也毫无规律改变。

表现形式也无法统一。

有仪式感极强的舞台剧；

有实景拍摄的电影片段；

有动画，也有广告。

不难理解，这一切恰似杂志内页中多变复杂的排版，内容和植入的广告。

当故事与风格脱节，疲倦和失望便由此产生。

有时候，成也风格，败也风格。

这也是如今的韦斯·安德森和早期最大的区别。

形式感凌驾于故事之上，丢失了早期作品中灵光一现的创意。

他不断沉溺于个人风格中，让自己彻底进化成一个「极端」的导演——

喜欢的甘之如饴，不喜欢的敬而远之。

韦斯·安德森曾一度被称作「电影界的设计师」。

之前也有评论说：

「韦斯安德森是一流设计师，二流导演，三流编剧。」

如今看来，《法兰西特派》似乎又一次应验。

他在电影里设计的世界，有这样一种魔力——

让观众对一个陌生的世界产生乡愁，并怀念一种从未经历过的生活。

或许，人人都喜欢韦斯·安德森电影里那对称、复古、明亮，成人童话般的世界。

但并非人人都能对电影的故事感同身受。

就像，并非所有人都愿意缅怀一段并未经历过的旧时光。

第三个故事也最无聊，简单说来就是“一个厨师拯救一个被绑架的小孩”的故事”。

故事想当然的是尽向荒唐不羁的方向发展，一副“语不惊人死不休”的样子。情节画面好似以辣瞎人眼、毁人三观为大前提，如：美丽女狱警与邋遢画家裸裎相见、老女人与小鲜肉迅速上床（根本没有情感铺排）、等等。一个个道貌岸然、满嘴大道理喋喋不休、实则似乎都是冲着“裤裆里的那一回事”而去的。如讲述第一个故事里的“艺术评论员”（蒂尔达·斯文顿 Tilda Swinton 饰演），金玉其外、骚货其中，不讳言自己与大画家也有一腿（也不知是真是假？），非常鬼马抵死！有了‘性’，当然也得有’食‘，于是有了第三个故事，凑齐了“食色性也”！

如导演前作《布达佩斯大饭店 The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014)》，此片在格式上无所不用其极：不同的画面比率、颜色或黑白、甚至还有一段动画。我也懒得追问其意义何在。网上肯定有人会为其大加解析，无需阁下伤脑筋。电影对白咬文嚼字、画面构图过分堆砌精致，典型韦斯·安德森的作风，应该很能获粉丝们的追捧、文青们奉为金科玉律、为其感动涕零、并封为神作而对其顶礼膜拜（看看网上的评论不禁让我忍俊不禁）。但对我来说这都过分矫揉造作。

三个八竿子毫无关联的故事硬放一起，虽说部分情节妙趣横生，但终究欠缺人物情感发展，以至于最后杂志创办人心脏病去世，也很难引起观众共鸣。第二个故事的学运，也拍得如一群小屁孩在过家家酒，或许导演要表现的是其玩世不恭的态度？也太轻浮肤浅了罢？电影美其名“致敬记者新闻从业员”，但由始至终没看到电影对这一行业的深入探索（甚至连浅浅提起都没有），电影更像是忙着猎奇般，为观众展示其荒谬的故事。或许看着一群大咖明星，为一些鸡皮蒜毛琐碎事，而煞有其事地演戏，也是一种乐趣？我看的是晚点的场次，差点就睡着了！

一直疑惑导演 - 韦斯·安德森 Wes Anderson 为何一直与导演奖项无缘？这部电影似乎给出了答案。
